Tasty Treat!

Thought I would share my lemon meringue pie recipe with you! It's fool proof and DELISH!

3 tablespoons of butter
packet of Tennis biscuits
Melt the butter and crush the biscuits.  Mix well and press into a pie dish.  Keep your base 
in the fridge while you make the filing!

3 Eggs
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 tin condensed milk
Separate the eggs.  Beat two yolks with the lemon juice until light and creamy.
Pour over your biscuit base

Beat 3 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff
and spread over the lemon filling.
Bake in a pre-heated oven (160' C) until the meringue peaks turn golden!

It's quick, it's easy and it is just to die for!

Hello this is Julie from Brisbane ex Jhburger...spent yesterday afternoon going through lemon meringue pie recipes to see which one I would bake today..now this morning I found yours! I am going to try it.. Also making lemon meringue for the first time..
