Looks like fun!!
My Mum and I went on a special train trip up to Zim to celebrate 100 years since the railway line was built to Plumtree, thus opening up the North. (C.J.Rhodes dream) My G.Grandmother was the first and only white female on that train. Lots of press and train enthusiasts! All did that what you are showing - hop off the train and then take photos as it chuffs into the stations. Magaliesburg was the most photographed spot. Thanks for the memories!! Don't have many photos as it was in 1998 and photographs had to be selective then!! Gosh how I wished I had had a digital!

Great photos. I love the one of the train coming. I love trains. They are so strong and beautiful, but so unappreciated.

Happy WW from Sara @ the Mostly Wordless Wednesday H.Q.!

I guess the photos are supposed to say it all but I'd like to know where they were taken.
