Our friend Zelda and her family came for dinner last night! "Ma" and "Piet" are visiting from Oudtshoorn and she had taken them to see "Beauty and the Beast" in the afternoon. What a nice evening we had. It started off well for me because when I got home expecting to hit the kitchen with a vengence, Stacey had done EVERYTHING! She had set the table, done the snacks, prepared the vegies and even made the Apple Pudding with toffee sauce ... yum! Even Holly enjoyed that - caught her having jumped up against the table climbing into the left over apple pie! It was funny - especially the way she blatantly ignored Philip when he called her away!

Apple Pudding with Toffee Sauce and Cream
