... get used to staying at home! I took these two days off, tomorrow being a public holiday in South Africa (We're having our municipal voting). I want today to DRAG by! Yesterday was spent mainly in the kitchen - I had such fun! Made an awsome butternut soup, garnished with pickled peppers, a chicken casserole and my first ever Lemon Meringue Pie! Family were surprised - Monday night dinner?
Maybe it's a good thing I go back to work - wouldn't do the figures much good!
Today I'm meeting two sweet friends for lunch! Hmm! It just doesn't get better! Would I get bored? I don't think so!

Lemon meringue pie? Lemon MERINGUE PIE!!!! Oh you torture me. One of my favorites and I'm drooling on the keyboard just thinking of the delectable taste as I type. Mmmmmm.
You do have retirement to look forward to when you decide to 'stay home for good'....I am, and I will never go back to having a boss...I like being my own boss. LOLOLOL
