Best part about being on leave is being able to stay cuddled up in bed until after 10, with my hot water bottle at my back, my laptop, and my new book! (Reading "Spud - the madness continues" - not my favourite series, but its light and I don't have to concentrate!)
Now ... have to find some kind fairy to bring me a hot cup of tea!

Oh I forget its winter that side of the world and thats a real winter morning your having....hmmmmm nice one!
Here its light till 10pm and the birds are singing from 4.30am...no chance of lying in ....

Sounds great! I often linger in bed on winter mornings. I usually have to get up and feed the cat so I bring my coffee back to bed with me. Enjoy this time.
