When we got to Rob's house, the most incredible bank of clouds built up and we were blessed with another Highveld Thunderstorm! It was quite beautiful! It ended as quickly as it had started, but it was special nonetheless and once again our gardens look refreshed!
Rob's deck after the thunderstorm!
Raindrops on mock orange plant!

As well as this excitement, Pip's beloved Sharks won the Currie Cup - KwaZulu Natal is now Currie Cup country! YEAH!
Back to the prom! Keelan's little friend Aimee also came along to get ready! I have had a quiet smile to myself as they are still such little girls, but feel so smart and so grown-up! I walked into the bedroom and saw one of the dresses, casually "thrown" on the bed - no worries about creases! I know its going to be a special evening for them as its their first formal function!
I think about these girls and how they are just starting out on a long and exciting journey! They start high school in January and when we look again, they will be preparing for their final exams - those high school years go by so quickly! It feels like yesterday that we were starting out on the same trip and now we're getting ready for a 21st! Only 6 months to go ... ...
